This 525.47 acre parcel is located 40 miles south of Marsh Harbour and 9 miles north of Hole in The Wall at the southern tip of Abaco. The eastern shoreline consists mostly of rocky cliffs and bluffs with one stretch of beach with a wraparound headland to the north offering a protected swimming area. Additionally, there is a unique small circular lagoon with beautiful crescent shaped beach. The land has a gently undulating topography with elevations up to 40 ft. The parcel is currently densely covered with an Abaco Pine forest and abuts the Abaco National Park established to protect one of the last strongholds of Abaco Parrots.
