About us

The company holds roughly 3,200 acres of raw and serviced land in the form of 7 unique properties ranging from 70 to 630 acres in size, located in the two principal regions of current and projected expansion on the island. The portfolio includes world-class beachfronts, some of the highest elevations in Abaco, and properties with viable commercial, residential and marina uses.

Abaco is a group of islands and cays that run for a 120 mile long chain stretching over 650 square miles. THE ABACOS

Abaco is the third most populous island in The Bahamas and bears a resemblance to New England from which it attracts so many of its visitors and winter residents. Marsh Harbour is the commercial hub located on Great Abaco and third largest city after Nassau and Freeport. Treasure Cay is more known for its upscale resorts attracting tourists from all around the world. Both areas having international airports allowing easy access to Abaco’s beauty. On Green Turtle Cay and Elbow Cay you will find the old English loyalist settlements of New Plymouth and Hope Town with their colonial homes in hues of pastel colours.
